Amazon sped up and improved the Fire TV Stick 4K. The Alexa-enabled remote also works well. On the other hand, the menus are heavily geared toward watching Amazon Prime videos and buying and renting videos from the Amazon store. Shows from competitors like Netflix and Hulu are included but relegated to one line in this interface. If you still want the device, you should buy it if it’s available between $80 and $90. There’s a less expensive, HD-only Fire TV Stick Lite that people haven’t tried yet, but it’s probably only for men and women who aren’t planning to upgrade their TV to 4K.
